Tubing on the river

A new tradition we started recently with the Beck side of the family, is going tubing on the river about an hour away from our house. We try to go one or two times each summer.  The more people we can get to come with us, the more fun we have. Somehow I always end up falling out of my tube and having to swim some of the way. And I'm probably the only one who doesn't drink. The kids absolutely love it! We leave mid-morning and tube for a little while and then stop and have lunch on the river. Then the kids get to have fun letting the river pull them down a ways why we have "catchers" at the other end. Once we've had enough of that, we continue for another hour or two. Looking forward to doing it again!
